Description
~ Under the Greek Sun ~
After the death of his parents, Yngvar's uncle took him on a long journey around Europe, the "known" (by Scandinavians) world. His trip through the Byzantine Empire is especially troublesome for Yngvar who can't stand heat and bright sunlight, so here, while in Greece he is suffering from sun poisoning (there aren't many things that can bring Yngvar down, but heat is definitely one of them). He is 17.

I imagined this scene on my last holiday in Greece, a country that I love for its beauty and mysticism, so I had to torture Yngvar a bit only to describe this amazing place ^^. This will turn into a short-story some time (hopefully) soon.
I'm planning to do a series of illustrated scenes with Yngvar (like I did last OCT's round for Aidan), and this is the first of them. So, more about Yngvar's past and travels coming soon!

Woah, loving the vivid description. You've painted a beautiful scene there whilst getting across the discomfort of being in that heat. And I can empathise with him, man. I hate the heat too. I don't sunburn but I just absolutely hate it.
